Nasal/merlin.nas: fix warnings when replaying with --load-tape.

If we load recording with --load-tape, thrust appears to be never set,
resulting in repeated warnings on console.

Harrier-GR3: update version.

Harrier-GR3/Nasal/autohover.nas: improve vertical control.

We now use pitch angle, nozzles angle and roll angle to calculate vertical
component of current thrust, which improves behaviour when these angles change
rapidly.

For example this avoids temporary too-low thrust when nozzles are moved to
point forwards to slow down.

Harrier-GR3/Nasal/autohover.nas: simplified timer wrappers.

Don't try to rename built-in setlistener() etc, but instead have our own
autohover_setlistener() which takes care of cleaning up if we reload.

Harrier-GR3/Systems/Autopilot.xml: set startup-current=true to reduce startup oscillations.
