Fix for dead links in the ornithopter aircraft README and aircraft.dat files.

The link to Assoc. Prof. Michael Selig's website for the UIUC aircraft has shifted to
http://m-selig.ae.illinois.edu/apasim/Aircraft-uiuc.html . Therefore the old dead link has been
replaced with this correct link.

Lockheed1049h: Remove artificial boosting of attitude indicator gyro

Removed timer loop that artificially boosted AI spin because the AI
appears to be simulated properly without it. This code may have been
working around an old problem that has gone away.

To maintain accuracy in the AI, the spin must be above 0.8. To maintain
spin above 0.8, the vacuum system must provide a suction above 4.0. At
low RPM it doesn't do so, but once the engines are above idle, the AI
works correctly and decays slowly when engines return to idle.

$FLIGHTGEAR/src/Instrumentation/gyro.cxx.

* Disable autopilot switch when altitude switch is on
* Disable pitch wheel when altitude switch is on
* Allow bank select in NAV modes, returning to NAV when bank == 0
* Allow bank select up to 30 degrees (produces standard rate turn)
* Make default pitch consistent at 4.0
* Implement autopilot warning light using property rules
* Autopilot considered on if speed hold switched on via keyboard
