Systems/: added support for always tying AI and MP carriers together.

Systems/MPCarriers.nas:
Tie MP and AI carrier together if /sim/mp-carriers/latch-always is true.

This is done by setting /ai/models/carrier[]/ai-latch to the
/ai/models/multiplayer path containing the corresponding Multiplayer
information. C++ code will detect this and copy across the position and
orientation each frame.

Systems/commander.nas:
Tell C++ to update position/orientation each frame by setting
/ai/models/carrier[]/is-user-craft. [This allows C++ to know whether
it should use the user's position/orientation or multiplayer
position/orientation.]

Systems/commander.nas: ensure uBody-fps is set in mp packets.

We set velocities/uBody-fps from velocities/speed-kts. This appears to fix a
problem where velocity is zero in mp packets, which messes up extrapolation and
makes movement of carriers very uneven.

Systems/lsoview.nas: fixed failure in lso_view_handler.init().
