Commit [r5838] Maximize Restore History

A320-family June update:

- Optimizations and improvements to terrain display
- Nasal: re-add leading / to setlisteners
- Corrections to remote MCDU
- MCDU: Fix departure / arrival page so that the transitions are scrollable
- FCU: change formatting of the heading / altitude displays to always show leading 0s
