FlightGear - Flight Simulator FGAddon

Added a comm radio and some other pending changes.

Reverted r574, the testing of the svn:executable pre-commit script.

The command used was:
svn merge -r574:573 .

Negative control test commit for the non-blocking of svn:executable.

This should not be caught by the FGAddon subversion pre-commit hook scripts attached to
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.games.flightgear.devel/77605/focus=77650 which are now live.

This file does not have the svn:executable property set, therefore this commit must be successful.

Some small minor details just for the last push: add some dirt and oil/fuel residue

Fix for a dead link in the marchetti aircraft README file.

The link to Assoc. Prof. Michael Selig's website for the UIUC aircraft has shifted to
http://m-selig.ae.illinois.edu/apasim/Aircraft-uiuc.html . Therefore the old dead link has been
replaced with this correct link.

Removed the svn:mime-type properties from Prof. Michael Selig's marchetti aircraft.

* Wait for the previous item to complete before running a binding
* Add a timeout in case an item condition is never satisifed
* Generalize the sequence of checklists that can be called
* Add ground start and in-air start sequences to 1049h
* Adjust some checklist items to work better with autostart
* Initialize some uninitialized properties
* Fix some bugs in the checklists
