Icaro_MRX13:

- gust generator (trigger a 1-cosine gust on demand); gust magnitude, direction and duration are customizable
- make initial view and view animations independent of standard view count
(make use of view-number-raw instead of view-number)
- tutorial no longer auto-generated from checklists
- some minor bug-fixes
