* Circuit Breaker Panel, -100/200/300 variants: redo ambient occlusion and background as vector graphic
* Engine Instruments Panel and Hydraulics Panel, -100/200/300 variants: combine all instruments into one texture, redo raster parts as vector graphics

A320-family updates:
- Add TCAS layer on the navdisplay
- Fixes to PROG / PERF page
- Add better IRS MON, POS MON, GPS MON pages
- Add bearing / distance calculator to PROG
- Fix and improve many ECAM warnings
- Fix for Simbrief parser
- Ease performance by reducing CPU load (switch from autopilot to property rules for non-critical systems, and increase execrate for non-critical JSBSim systems)
