* use shared instruments from Aircraft/Instruments-3d for FLARM v3 display, vario S3, comm ar-6201 and wool-thread to minimize disk space and facilitate maintenance
* use newer ground handling system without nasal code
* use JSB lag filter and fcs_function table for canopy animation
* improve -set.xml property list structure
