DA40 (NG): Cleanup, compositor updates:
* Add interior reflection and shadow cubemaps, shadow and instrument reflection effects
* Remove legacy ALS volume shadow (superseded by Compositor shadows)
* Remove unused instruments (kt76a, amps, cht, egt, fuel, fuel-prime, fuel-temp, hdg, hi, oil-press, oil-temp, rpm
* Add Davtron M803 digital clock simulaton
* Add Sigmatek directional gyro simulation
* Remove legacy ALS light manager, add new Compositor lights
* Remove IFR conventional panel startup -set.xml, superseded by Panel Configuration dialog (allows to toggle between conventional IFR and VFR panel)
* Add documentation regarding references and instruments simulated
* General cleanup, style updates
