* new AP (model, texture, animation, filter)
AP is now independent from the FD
AP use only the vertical gyro as reference (turn according to turn-coordinator / pitch in degree)
turn-knob controls the turn up to standard turn rate
pitch-wheel change the pitch in tenth of degree
TCS (Touch Control Steering) with key 'c' suspend the AP control until releasing
engaging the AP is only possible if the turn-knob is centered
to center the turn-knob, rotate it near the center and shift click on it
AP disengage at or bellow DH (set on radio altimeter)
Low Bank restrict to half turn rate
Soft Ride reduce the servo movement
CTRL-a disengage the AP at any time

* new FD (model, texture, animation, filter)
FD1 and FD2 is now independent from the AP
it can only one FD active at the same time
engaging a FD is only possible if the turn-knob is centered
if the turn-knob is rotated out of center while one of the FD is active, the FD will be disengaged
all modes should work as in real life
in pitch mode, the pitch-wheel on the AP panel change the pitch in tenth of degree
in VS mode, the pitch-wheel on the AP panel change the VS in 100 of FPM
key 't' engage TOGA (change to wing-level and pitch mode, set pitch to +7°)

* new VNCC (model, texture, animation, filter)
all modes should work as in real life

* FDM updated (there was wrong numbers, sorry)

* all lights have now animation noshadow (Compositor preparation)

* the localizer signal will be simulated as in real life
if you are to far outside the signal cone, there is no reception
the signal is invalid as long as the radio receive nothing or only one side of the signal

* many little bug fixes
