A320: Merge trunk to release/2020.3

A320: Remove files that were meant to be deleted (rename or replacement). Through user error, they were committed again to fgaddon rather than be deleted.

A320 updates:
APU: fix spurious shutdown on power transient
Update autopush
Fix refuel panel for lbs / kgs
Switch ECAM controller to Emesary
Enable Compositor shadow mapping
Bugfix for departure transitions
Improvements to announcements and cabin alert by MiSKLaCH
Improved stall alert (only in alternate or direct law)
Add TCAS ECAM warnings

mosquito/mosquito-common.xml: updated version to 3.3.5.

mosquito/Models: turn off shadows for propellor discs.

mosquito: fixed right cooling flap animation (was rotating in wrong direction).

However in both bomber and fighter-bomber the lower wings near cooling flap
seem to be slighty assymetric (in different ways), so the appearence when
cooling flap is closed isn't quite right.
