Lockheed1049h version 2.1:
* minor fixes to the latest autopilot patch by Richard.
* Downgrade the Systems rating to 3. We are now more ambitious and many more
systems can be implemented like electrical, pressurization, fuel boost, etc.
* Bump version number to reflect the new autopilot; this has user-visible
consequences in the cockpit.

Lockheed1049h: Tuned autopilot compatible with cockpit controls

* New autopilot
* Flight Path dial has all four positions (OFF, VHF, LOC, LOC+GS)
* Reworked autopilot helper with listener removal
* 3D cockpit synchronized to autopilot dialog
* Shortcut to toggle autopilot on/off (Ctrl-Z)

Fix for the Sopwith Camel YASim aircraft (sopwithCamel-YASim) for the FGAddon split.

After the split of the FGAddon repository from FGData, the sopwithCamel-YASim
aircraft would fail to start, instead showing a "FATAL" error. The problem was
the use of a relative path to ../Generic/ which no longer exists. Changing this
to Aircraft/Generic/ in the XML file fixes the path issue.

737-300: Added info about soundfiles to readme file.

Change the way the steering column works, the previously was modeled after an improper replica. Fis some small issues.

Lockheed1049h version 2.0.4: remember payload settings for the next take-off.

A lowered model offset requires a lowered view offset

Use relative paths, add support for pushback (manual off course) and initialize with chocks (but do not active it in the FDM since it requires a pending code change)

This should have been part of revision r469 but was missed as the XML files had
the subversion property svn:mime-type set to "application/xml". The files were
hence treated as binary files and no diff for the sopwithCamel was produced for
the 'flightgear-fgaddon_del_aircraft-dir.patch' patch attached to
