Cessna 208B: updated checklists by ePilot

Cessna 208B: fix for autostart and fuel valve handles by ePilot/chtadmin

A320: updates and fixes
- Lower ECAM control panel no longer white on case-sensitive systems
- New braking system
- TOO LOW GEAR sound restored
- Rewrite FADEC / engine nasal files to use more efficient / modern Nasal
- Fix the N1 mode switch guard bindings
- TAT calculations: use JSBsim value rather than calculating own
- Fix for change in Simgear sound system that made <factor>-1</factor> work differently to how it used to.
- Fuel flow indicators will reset when engine startup occurs. Fuel flow sensors are powered by the FADEC self test now.

Remove possible license violation.
