- Fix for FBW switching rapidly between direct / mechanical

- Use system props.nodes rather than creating a new node each time. Some legacy code changed.

Harrier-GR3-set.xml: incremented version to 3.3.1.

Harrier-GR3: make cockpit instrument lighting vary according to controls/lighting/panel-norm.

Harrier-GR3: fix wrapping of autohover heading target.

Harrier-GR3: alt-pageup/down alters target height if we are in height mode.

Harrier-GR3: added alpha display to HUD.

Harrier-GR3: indicate in HUD if autohover is using airspeed.
