Lockheed1049h: fuel and payload improvements

It is now possible to reach and greatly exceed the maximum take-off weight
of 137,500 lbs and push the center of gravity aft of the main landing gear.
Be careful when loading your ship!

* Lockheed1049h.xml, Lockheed1049h-common.xml: Add the cabin and cargo hold
capacity and positions per the Aircraft Specification No. 6A5 as published
by the FAA.
* Lockheed1049h.xml: adjust the position of the fuel tanks according to the
same document.
* Help/help.xml: document the center of gravity limits, per the same document;
I don't know how to make them appear in the Fuel and Payload dialog.
* Models/Lockheed1049h_Cockpit.xml: illuminate the dashboard with the cabin
light, too.
* Systems/Lockheed1049h-init-fuel.xml: name all tanks for the Fuel and Payload
dialog.

737-300: Big update - fully new autopilot, enhanced FDM, improved 3D cockpit, new engine sound, correct logic for air-ground system, autobrake, spoilers.

The wing-Logo cloths were just too white, add some dirt

Add proper ratings

Add magneto switch and add the option to set the throttle (and magnetos) using the mouse.

Flip the hour plate surface texture map

Slightly reposition the altimeter

Properly mount the compass to the frame and fix aileron animation

Use the orientation properties for roll and pitch
