* Properties /sim/time, /sim/rendering, /sim/current-view belong to the viewing fgfs:
use absolute paths.
* delete the <usage>interior</usage> tag of the cockpit, so the cockpit is visible
remotely.

MiG-21bis: minor assorted bug fixes.

* the needles of the altimeter rotated in the wrong direction and indicated
the wrong value. This is a metric altimeter, of course.
* the node wheel would steed only 12.5 degrees either way, the jsbsim fdm says
it rotates 65 degrees either way.
* shift+c instead of c to toggle canopy; c is to toggle cockpit if allowed
(standard key).
