MiG-21bis: minor assorted bug fixes.

* the needles of the altimeter rotated in the wrong direction and indicated
the wrong value. This is a metric altimeter, of course.
* the node wheel would steed only 12.5 degrees either way, the jsbsim fdm says
it rotates 65 degrees either way.
* shift+c instead of c to toggle canopy; c is to toggle cockpit if allowed
(standard key).

MiG-21bis: do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft. Repair remote cockpit view.

* /sim/current-view/*, /sim/time, /sim/rendering/* belong to the viewing aircraft:
use absolute path.
* for everhything else e.g. instrumentation/*, engines/*, use relative paths.

Fix backslashes in model paths.

This allows the garbage collector some time to run and deallocate memory, useful for
