The property /sim/current-view/internal belongs to the viewing
aircraft so use an absolute path.

777: do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft over multiplayer.

737-800: do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft over multiplayer

c182s: bug fix: the interior was not visible in the multiplayer cockpit view

due to incomplete or incorrect paths.

A320-family: corrections to Simbrief parser. Add history winds function.
