An-24B: New aircraft, initial commit.

JA37: Version 3.018
Aero: Removed washout filter on roll damper and installed a switch on roll rate gain instead.
Aero: Tuned the aileron limiter to the new roll damper setup.
Sim: Semi tuned autopilot to new roll damper. Needs more work though, it has tendency to do barrel rolls.
Model: Made radar slightly bigger and significantly more flat.
Model: Increased size of center plaque with Swedish writing.
Model: Made coarse and fine adjustment of radar range 10 times larger.
Model: Made radar range selector larger, and made the tooltip show nautical miles.
Model: Made tooltip on all altimeters show feet instead of meters.
HUD: When the selection is outside HUD view but in radar cone, polar coordinates are now used to determine blinking border position.
Sim: Fixed that in FG 3.5 if canopy motor failed the canopy would close instead of being stuck.
Sim: Fixed if canopy or gears fail due to high speed and is repaired, they won't fail again. (in 3.5 crash system)
Animation: Fixed that airspeed indicator was a little bit off at times.
Effect: Added uber shader to cockpit panel.
Sim: Minor autopilot tuning.
Aero: Enabled yaw-damper also when weight on wheels, as per the manual.
Aero: Accuracy improvements to pitch moment due to alpha at small and medium alpha values.
Aero: Used a graph analyser to improve accuracy of pitch due to Air intake factor.
Aero: Resampled and restructured all normal forces.
Aero: Normal force due to groundeffect from elevator is now seperate coefficient.
Aero: Normal force due to groundeffect is now seperate coefficient.
Aero: Normal force due to flaps and gear is now seperate coefficient.
GUI: Made landing monitor not start measure landing distance before touchdown.
GUI: Removed reinit from menu and put it into the landing monitor.
Aero: Used a graph analyser to improve accuracy of normal force due to flaps and gear.

FGAddon repository optimisation, elimination of svn:executable on all files.

This follows from the proposal at

The changed files have the extensions '*.ac', '*.bak', '*.eff', '*.jpg',
'*.nas', '*.png', '*.rgb', '*.txt', '*.wav', '*.xml'. These are clearly not
executable files. The svn:executable repository property has therefore been
removed so that these files are no longer executable on GNU/Linux and Mac OS X
systems.

The aircraft affected by this change are: 707, 777, A380, F-35B, Harrier-GR1,
ju52, Lockheed1049h, MiG-21bis, PC-21, PC-9M, rah-66, Su-25, T-50,
Vickers-Vanguard, Yak-130.

Better thumbail image

A number of fixes to the livery system, improve the textures a bit, add livery support for leather and logo's, add prop and engine disks for higher rpm's, fix some colouring, fix a name and add adjustability for altimeter.

FGAddon repository optimisation, elimination of svn:mime-type on all XML files.

This follows from the proposal at

As the svn:mime-type value of "application/xml" is designed to treat text files
as binary files, now all XML files in the FGAddon repository will now be treated
as text instead. This will minimise the size of the db/revs/* svn back-end
files when changes occur, minimising the strain on the SourceForge
infrastructure.
