Commit [r4982] Maximize Restore History

Boeing 787-8:

- Remove spurious warning in JSBSIM file
- Correct Nasal error on init in anti-ice.nas
- Correct incorrect property reference in systems.nas
- Use sprintf to round off figures in cdu1 / cdu2.nas on departure / arrival pages.
- Correct errors in CDU / FMC causing breakage due to Nasal errors.
- Ensure sounds are audible (correct distance settings)
