Cessna 550 Citation II | 551 Citation II/SP | Citation II Sierra [4.4.0]

* Sierra-Super-II renamed to Citation-II-Sierra (2 files)
because Sierra-Super-II is based on Citation II Super (S550)
* FDM updated (both aircrafts)
* engine spool up and down is now controlled by filters (not nasal)
* small bug of start electric fixed
* small bug of ignition fixed
* Windmilling works now
* some minor changes
