bo105: With permission by original authors, Curtis Olson and Torsten Dreyer I'm now taking care of the bo105: Adding Status Rating, catalog metadata and ReadMe-File today

Move cockpit related files to their own directory, fix some gauges and add a functional fuel gauge and watch

would not jump to false, when keypress is gone. Rather stay true
until spool up is complete.
