* an2-set.xml (payload): new; expose the crew and cargo weights in the
fuel & payload dialog. Previously we would always fly with 160 and
500 kg respectively. These are still the default weights but the user
can now adjust them.
(limits): new; document the max takeoff weight.
(consumables/fuel): name the wing tanks and hide the collector tank.
* an2.xml (emptywt): reduce from 3500 to 3300 kg.
(tanks): reduce capacity to 600 litres each.
