* Nasal/Controls.nas: replace the settimer loop with a listener. Disable AAR when the
user removes the refueling probe. Force aar.nas to re-scan the list of tankers in
the vicinity when installing the probe.
* Harrier-GR3-set.xml (systems/refuel/max-fuel-transfer-lbs-min): reduce to 3000 as
we use the probe-and-drogue system.
