One caveat - i think one needs to enable the refueling probe before any

PA28: Fix a bug in the S-TEC dialog

PA28: fix small typo in stec55x dlg, use native dialog loading

QSeries: sound work, use logprint() instead of printlog()

PA28: Fix numerous nasal error and minor bugs, give credit to all authors

- S-TEC 55X and KAP140 switching no longer causing buggy behavior of the dialogs/and S-TEC control loop
- ACCONFIG bug fixed causing nasal error on first load of the aircraft due to un-initialized saved property
- A bug causing no autopilot to be selected by default on first run
- A bug causing the S-TEC 55X to not respond
- Wrong trim setting set by ACCONFIG
- Added all authors credit properly
