Dragonfly:

(1) FDM: Reset CD to original implementation. CD was unrealistic high near stall.
(2) Bridle animation: Take engine thrust into account
(3) View: Adjust view target-offsets
(4) Control: Add auto-coordination
(5) Update dragonfly-help
