FlightGear - Flight Simulator FGAddon

Proof of concept:
* added active circuit breakers for interior flightdeck lights
* separated circuit-breaker-panel from Models/flightdeck.ac into
Models/circuit-breakers.ac
* animated corresponding objects in
Models/circuit-breakers.xml and .ac
* begin circuit-breaker.txt to stay on top of things

additionally:
* removed file
"New objects - Switches and Knobs - lighting control panel"
It became obsolete and wasn't updated in a long time.
