* refine ALS glass effect
* add Nasal/rain.nas to calculate relative airspeeds across canopy
* add reflection cube to glass effect
* add Citation Bravo's contrails
* increase transparency for glass material

small fixes around the canopy seams, flip some liveries as required per the new texture mapping and disallow opening the canopy whyn moving too fast
