Citation II assorted minor bug fixes
* The door now has a nice contour on the inside, prevent the ladder from intersecting it.
* Hide the new landing light cones from preview in fgrun.
* Hide the landing lights, as well as their cones, when turned off.
* When engaging the autopilot, initialize the aileron and elevator positions in the
autopilot with the current surface positions, to avoid brutal changes.
* The light knob in the cabin now turns clockwise to increase light.

Citation II: add landing lignt cones when Rembrandt is disabled

They don't illuminate as well as the Rembrandt lights but they at
least allow taxiing and taking off at night.
