Lockheed1049h: bug fix: surface positions over multiplayer

Citation II: make the cockpit interact nicely with the generic autopilot dialog
Make the cockpit controls for the autopilot use the same properties with the
same values as the generic dialog:
* /autopilot/settings/target-vert-speed-fpm becomes /autopilot/settings/vertical-speed-fpm;
* /autopilot/locks/heading=gps-hold becomes true-heading-hold;

In addition:
* /autopilot/settings/nav-arm (never really used) disappears.
* /autopilot/settings/gps-arm (not used by the generic dialog) becomes gps1-arm for
consistency with /autopilot/locks/altitude=gs1-hold.

Fix liveries

Lockheed1049h version 2.0.2
* Add one star to the Systems rating, reflecting the new checklists from Richard.
* Add Richard as an author.

Lockheed1049h: Updated checklists based on crew operating manual

These checklists are updated from the Lake of Constance hangar checklists
created by Mark Kraus. They have been restructured around the checklist and
supporting notes in the Lockheed Super Constellation 1049h Crew Operating
Manual, 1952.

Additional items have been added as tutorial items for the Flightgear pilot.
