Lockheed1049h: Updated checklists based on crew operating manual

These checklists are updated from the Lake of Constance hangar checklists
created by Mark Kraus. They have been restructured around the checklist and
supporting notes in the Lockheed Super Constellation 1049h Crew Operating
Manual, 1952.

Additional items have been added as tutorial items for the Flightgear pilot.

Lockheed1049h: Initialize jettison valves to off state

Split internal glass effect and external glass effect and add rainbow, skybox and fresnel effects for the exterior

Implement dirtmap, glass layers refraction and updates to the cube map.

Aero: Disabled yaw and pitch damper if weight on wheels or a spin is detected.
Aero: Put a washout filter on the yaw and pitch damper.
Aero: Made a roll damper, is disabled per default till all kinks are sorted out.
Sim: Added roll damper as a failure mode.
Sim: Gear extension now takes 7 seconds instead of 5s, as per the manual.
Sim: Thrust reversing now takes 1.5s instead of 1s, as per manual.
Sim: Prevent gear deployment at above 620Km/h or 0.65M, as per manual.
Sim: Removed unused old electrical system.
Sim: Fixed that reverser was really taking 0s to reverse no matter how fast the reverser was deploying.
Sim: Generator AC now does 200/115V instead of 200/45V, as per the manual.
Sim: Adjusted the electrical flow to certain systems, as per manual.
Sim: Master alert will now also enable at hydr. pressure fail, generator not running/fail or canopy open in flight. As per manual.
Sim: Electrical DC is now 28V when generator running.
Sim: Radar now needs hydr. pressure to sweep.
HUD: The mode will now still be decided if in external view.
HUD: Reverted that the HUD script would not run in external view, due to RB24 lock needs it.
Aero: Pitch damper is now off by default, as the plane is very pitch stable in itself.

Lockheed1049h version 2.0.1: copilot support

* Systems/Lockheed1049h-views.xml: remove the pilot view.
* Lockheed1049h-common.xml: new. Factorize most of the pilot (regular)
and copilot models.
* Nasal/Gidenstam/{,co}pilot-dual-control.nas: delete, superseded by
common aircraft files.
* Lockheed1049h-set.xml:
- include Lockheed1049h-common.xml.
- declare the pilot view.
- load Aircraft/Generic/DualControl/pilot-dual-control.nas.
* Lockheed1049h-copilot-set.xml:
- include Lockheed1049h-common.xml.
- declare the copilot view as main.
- load Aircraft/Generic/DualControl/copilot-dual-control.nas.

The copilot is still only a passenger but things are cleaner now.

K-7: Small view property fix

Fix the copilot view point in the K-7 aircraft in the FGAddon
repository. It's just to correct a bit of strangeness. I've mirrored
the pilot viewpoint so it is centred on the copilots chair, rather
than being partly outside of the aircraft.
