multiplying rotation angles by two; remove these conditions for the time being.
This bug affected the pitch, throttle, supercharger, fuel selector and
cross-feed levers; also the 4 light and 4 magneto knobs; possibly
others as well. Their rotation angles are correct in r407, incorrect in
r414 and corrected again now.
