* Nasal/mosquito.nas (select_drop_tanks): new function.
(set_drop_tank_capacity): new function; adjust the capacity of drop tanks,
fill them and make them selected.
(main_loop): delete, redundant with the merlin engine automatic management in
merlin.nas.
* Models/stores/loads.xml: show the 200 imp gal drop tanks when selected.
* Nasal/failure.nas (gear3): delete; tail wheel is never steerable.
* mosquito-common.xml (consumables/fuel): add drop tanks.
(limits/mass-and-balance/maximum-takeoff-mass-lbs): new.
(help): explain drop tanks.
* mosquito-yasim.xml: add drop tanks with initial capacity of zero.

bf109: assorted minor bug fixes

* Models/Instruments/shotcounter-ger/shotcounter-ger-m.xml: use the correct property.

* bf109g-yasim.xml: do not use full throttle for cruise; use 1.1 ata
manifold pressure instead, per the help. This brings the cruise
speed at 6000m from 220 KTAS to a more realistic 290 KTAS. Also,
lower throttle for approach.

Fix helper function bug, thanks C-FABP!

B-25 version 2.3: drop bombs; contribution by Alexandre Brenta.

* Models/explosion.xml,
Models/release.xml,
Models/smoke.png: copy from the B-24-Liberator and adjust.
* Systems/b25-keyboard.xml, Systems/help.xml (Ctrl+B): new key binding.
* Systems/views.xml (bombardier's view): adjust.
* b25-base.xml: bumb version number.

SUMPAC: Pilot weight to 224 lbs, horizon tape added to windscreen

Harrier-GR3:Models/Harrier-GR3.xml: stop fan spinning when engine is off.

Looks like engines/engine/n1 doesn't decay to zero when engine is off, so use
engines/engine/rpm instead for animation of fan.

PBY-Catalina: allow the user to ignire fires with Ctrl+Shift+Click.

* Inputs/sys_controls.nas: delete; it did nothing.
* Catalina-set.xml (nasal/init): ditto.
* Help/Catalina-help.xml: rewrite and reformat help.
Adjust key bindings to match those in the -set.xml.
* Systems/terrain.nas (terrain_survol): change from a settimer loop to maketimer.
(start_wildfire, wildfire_listener): new, adapted from
/usr/share/games/flightgear/Nasal/wildfire.nas.

Note: in 2019.1.1, wildfires are invisible; this is a known bug in fgfs and
not aircraft-side.

Bombardier-415: bug fix: add type information to view parameters; allows Model View to work again.
