Harrier-GR3: Nasal/Canopy.nas: improved toggle behaviour.

Used to have to wait until canopy was fully open before it would close.

Harrier-GR3: Nasal/autohover.nas:auto_hover_y_speed_set(): avoid nil in numeric expression.

Not sure how this happens, but have seen it once.

mosquito: fix position of navigator, and adjust fuel cocks to make them still accessible.

Move navigator leftwards 10cm so shoulder doesn't extend outside fuselage.

Move fuel control panel left 12cm so it can still be accessed by pilot.

We were looking for controls/flight/aileron-filtered which doesn't exist, so
repair_aircraft() failed to complete.

Also made all writes to sim/messages/copilot go via new fn copilot_message()
which ignores messages that have appeared in the last 10s. This avoids
unnecessary text on screen and also avoids queues building up in
text-to-speech if enabled.

mosquito: added simple tooltips for various cockpit controls.

Also reversed sense of throttle and pitch levers so that mouse movement and
wheel matches direction of levers.

In Models/Instruments/att-gb/attitude.xml, tooltip for artificial horizon
requires new fgdata:Nasal/canvas/tooltip.nas to support multiple properties in
tool-tip printf strings.
