- rebuild ALS cockpit shadow (now works properly because entire cockpit is in the right place)

Harrier-GR3: bump version number to 3.3.

Revisions r3976 to r3990 are contributions by Julian Smith; I have
committed them on his belalf.

Harrier-GR3: auto-hover: moved AoA display down near to others.

Harrier-GR3; auto-hover: turn AoA off if xz control is activated.

Avoids fighting over nozzle angle.
