777: Add FlyByWire System and various Misc Fixes

- A/P: Modified to interface with FBW
- FCS: Corrections including trim handler to try and correct bad YASim behavior
- FBW: Roll Control Law with protections, Pitch C*U Law with Flare Mode, vague protections, and Trim Ref Speed, Yaw Damper+Turn Coordinator and Yaw Ratio
- PFD: Bugfix the IAS indicator and add an optional FBW bug to show Trim Ref Speed
- Sim: Misc Fixes, Add support for mouse yoke and keyboard/joystick trim controls to control Trim Ref Speed
- VC: Add Switches for PFC properly, and fix cockpit trim controls

dhc8: move to the attic, superseded by the QSeries.

b1900d: fixes and enhancements to sound, contributed by Huntley Palmer
in ticket #2112.

Fixed:

1) Sign of X-coord of sound sources on RHS of aircraft changed to
negative, was posititve so all sounds came from LHS

2) Propeller effect, turboprop1.wav pitch changed to depend on
propeller rpm, was affected by engine N1 rpm; the sound is of a
propeller, which is a constant speed prop

Enhancements:

1) Propeller sound volume made to depend on torque to give audible
signal as throttle is changed.

2) Turbine effect added, volume depends on fuel flow, pitch depends on
engine N1 rpm

3) Gear, tyre squeak volumes balanced to match changed effects.
