Lockheed1049h: Fix ATIS related bugs in comm radios

* Add comm radios to instrumentation.xml to enable spoken ATIS
* Fix COM2 standby switch to swap COM2 frequencies rather than COM1
* Extend comm frequency range to 136.98 to cover upper limit of 136.975

Lockheed1049h: make the autopilot cockpit switches play nice with the generic dialog

* Nasal/mk-ap-helper.nas: prevent feedback loops between listeners for the
cockpit switches propagating property changes from /autopilot/switches/* to
/autopilot/locks/* and listeners for the generic dialog propagating changes
the other way around.
Set the target altitude when engaging alt hold.
Add a listener for /autopilot/locks/altitude (controlled from the generic
autopilot dialog).
Engage glideslope hold when the course selection knob is set to
"Localizer & glide path".

Lockheed1049h: factorize engine instruments

* Instruments/fuel_pressure_R.xml, oilpress_R.xml, oiltemp_R.xml: delete.
* Instruments/fuel_pressure_L.xml, oilpress_L.xml, oiltemp_L.xml:
rename to *.xml and take parameters.
* Lockheed1049h_Instruments.xml: load the renaed .xml files and pass
parameters.
* Instruments/egttemp.xml: minor bug fix in the lighting.

Lockheed1049h: import new autopilot features from the Lake of Constance

Import realistic autopilot features but not the anachronistic
features in the Lake of Constance version:
* Models/mesh_pedestal.ac: import from the Lake of Constance.
* Nasal/mk-ap-helper.nas: import from the Lake of Constance but heavily
edited.
* Models/Lockheed1049h_Pedestal.xml:
- The parking brake, emergency parking brake, flap, gear and propeller
reverse levers (+ lock) are clickable.
- The course selector knob, autopilot and altitude switches work.
- The pitch wheels of the autopilot work.
- Clicking on the center either of the trim wheels centers the
corresponding trim in two seconds.

In the present state, only some autopilot modes are available:
* wing leveler (AP switch on, course selector off)
* NAV1 hold (AP switch on, course selector middle)
* NAV1 + glideslope hold (AP switch on, course selector right)
* Pitch hold (AP switch on, ALT switch off); pitch wheels adjust pitch,
not vertical speed.
* ALT hold (AP and ALT switch on); pitch wheels do nothing.

The real Connie did not (seem to) have autothrottle or vertical speed
hold, let alone GPS. It does not even seem to have heading hold.
These features remain accessible by means of the generic (F11)
autopilot dialog.

Lockheed1049h: relocate the parking brake warning lights slightly.

Lockheed1049h: make the engines run cooler.

Lockheed1049h: alter the scale of the exhaust gas temperature gauges.

Import more improvements from the Lake of Constance:
* Models/Instruments/egttemp_[LR].xml: combine into a single file, egttemp.xml,
that takes parameters for the EGT of two engines.
Alter the scale from -50 .. 600°C to 200..900°C.
* Models/Instruments/egt.rgb: alter the scale.
* Models/Lockheed1049h_Instruments.xml: pass the EGTs as parameters.
