* fixed checklists for engine start (fuel boost pumps)
* fixed checklists for takeoff (autopilot on/off mismatch)
* fixed tutorial for startup (fuel boost pumps and fan/turbine mismatch)
* fixed tutorial for takeoff (autopilot on/off mismatch and fan/turbine mismatch)
* autopilot servos are now tied to the circuit-breaker
if the circuit-breaker (AC-AP) is pulled, the autopilot can't control the aircraft
* started to separate the autopilot in to 'flight director', 'autopilot' and 'servos'
* DME1 and DME2 are independent instruments and tied to the corresponding circuit-breaker
* ASI1 and ASI2 are independent instruments
