* To hover towards a designated point on the ground, hit Alt+, then
click on the target point.
* Improve forwards speed control. We now account for non-zero
attitude when calculating forwards ground speed from uBody-fps.
Fixes problem where we drifted forwards/backwards when
ascending/descending respectively.
* Remove defunct 'distance' code.
