FlightGear - Flight Simulator FGAddon

Flightdeck:
* Fixed RightPanelLight (normals flipped)
* improved CenterPanelLight (now 1 cone instead of 2 - less data needed)
* combined EngInstrLight with CenterPanelLight (1 cone for both - less data needed)
* optimized shapes of all interiorLight cones

Todo:
* only EL-Lights (supplemental instrument panel lighting) and MapLights missing!
* interior cabin lights
* exterior wing lights (for checking for icing)
