B-25 version 2.0: add livery and turret (for the J variant) support over multiplayer.

an24b: fallback-model-index: switch from the ATR-42 to the Fokker 50
for the fallback model. This is more accurate, especially with
respect to the placement of the main landing gear. The ATR-42 has the
gear under the fuselage; the Fokker 50 has it under the engine
nacelles like the An-24.

This reinstates r3529 which was undone by mistake in r3558.

dhc2: add support for towing gliders; castering tail wheel.

The support for towing was incorrect and only present in the amphibious variant.
Implement correct support in the wheeled variant only.
Also change the tail wheel to castering for realism; add tail wheel lock to the
help and checklist.

Use surface-positions/speedbrake-pos-norm which is the standard property,
instead of the nonstandard surface-positions/{left,right}-spoiler-pos-norm.
