Add toggle to swap flaps for joystick and keyboard controls.
Removes confusion about inconsistency between normal flaps and ufo flaps by giving a choice.

bug fix: do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft over multiplayer:

spitfireIX: bug fix: two competing select animations for the wingtips. Delete one.
Also, reindent the file for legibility and delete trailing whitespace.
