Commit [r3723] Maximize Restore History

Update to version 11.3

Reorganize model properties for compatibility with multiplay in 2018 FG.
Fixes invisible issue.
Add interior livery and lighting for external viewing in multiplay for 2018 FG.
Fix flooring livery not updating at initialization.
