777: Add jetways type 2 support (http://wiki.flightgear.org/Animated_jetways#Animated_jetways_type_2). Sadly, a lot of airports still have these instead of the better type 1 AI jetways, so support by the 777 is welcome. (e.g. LFMN, LFPO...)

HSI repaired

* compassrose are now working and show magnetic heading
* activated HSI control to switch between VOR and TACAN
* heading needle on HSI points allways to the radial of nav[0] (VOR)
* curse deflection needle on HSI shows allways the deflection of the radial to nav[0] (VOR)
* bearing needle points to the chosen station on HSI control (TACAN or VOR)
* DME shows the distance to the chosen station on HSI control (TACAN or VOR)
* GS indicator works only if nav[0] has a ILS with GS

777: Update autopush to v.1.0.1 (see https://gitlab.com/mdanil/flightgear-autopush/tree/master)
