Effect: Heavy rain now also do spray.
GUI: {it0uchpods} View system overhaul.
Model: {Richard} Added fallback model index. Also added a Viggen fallback model to 2018.3.1 $FGDATA.
Arms: Updated missile code.
Effect: Normal map is now DDS format.
Aero: {Richard} Fixed some ambiguous JSB calcs.
HUD: Fixed that at higher speeds, the digital readout would show in KT for metric mode.
