F-15: FCS rework, 3d optimizations

- 3d model load optimisations; textures to power of two, model merge (canopy, stores into main model), livery texture usage removed from interior model.
- Fixed exterior stores visibility over MP
- Added ground attack default load (MK-84 x 3)
