C4: various improvements

ASG29: improve wingflex

Headtracker: add the ported support for the FaceTrackNoIR as addon for FlightGear.

F-15: Backseat, controls, aero

- Backseat model fixes (VSD)
- Revised roll ratio schedule which could cause difficulties in controlling roll
- Added extra dimension (stab angle) to roll due to aileron. This was always in the original data.
- Control surfaces should always have been active (with emergency ratios) when no hydraulic pressure as there is a mechnical linkage from the stick to each surface.

F-14: updated radar to latest OPRF version

EV55: major update

AP: code (hopefully) simplified and corrected; key shortcuts for AP target pitch added; QuickStartUpGuide extended and format corrected

Cessna 550/551 Citation II/SP / Sierra Super II [4.1.17]

* Pushback is only visible if
airplain on ground
slower then 10 feets per second
* parking brake are engaged if pushback is not linked but enabled
* parking brake are released if pushback is linked
* thrust pulled to idle if the engines are running and pushback is enabled
it is possible to spool up and down the engines and
also to deploy and stow the reverser
This means the pilot have no handycap with the procetures while pushback
* fixed thrust bug while engines stopped

Harrier-GR3: transmit /controls/eject over multiplayer, using /sim/multiplay/generic/bool[0].

Harrier-GR3: bug fixes

* Sounds/Sound.xml: harrier-startup.wav was played every time one
switched to an external view. Also, remove the occurrences of
"<mode>once</mode>" which appeared to prevent turbine_start_in.wav
from being played in cockpit view if one restarted the engine.

* Models/Harrier-GR3.xml: after fortuitously discovering a pilot and
cockpit of a remote Harrier, undereground and some 10m in front of
the aircraft, remove the <usage>interior</usage> element of the
cockpit. This fixes.
