737-300: multiplayer bug fixes

Animate ailerons, gear, rudder, thrust reversers over multiplayer by using standard properties
where they exist. For nose gear steering, use sim/multiplay/generic/float[0]. For thrust
reversers, use float[1].

Previously the landing gear appeared permanently retracted over MP and control surfaces were
fixed. Only flaps were correctly animated.

Harrier-GR3: merge from trunk.

Harrier-GR3: bug fixes and new keyboard shortcut to vector thrust vertically
* Harrier-GR3-set.xml (keyboard, help): new keyboard shortcut Alt+m to
vector thrust vertically (i.e. at 82 degrees) to hover. [The real
aircraft's thrust vector control has a stop at this angle so that it
can be selected easily.]
* Hud/HUD.xml: bug fix: moved the airspeed display down slightly so it
doesn't overlap with the heading numbers.
* Panel/Fuel/FuelS.xml: bug fix: show the starboard tank level instead of
the main tank level.

Harrier-GR3: animate the pilot using standard properties; minor bug fixes

* Harrier-GR3-set.xml (view[7]): new, rotate model view around the center of the aircraft.
* Models/Harrier-GR3.xml (front gear): revert my changes of r3599 to the rotation axis.
Do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft over multiplayer.
* Models/Pilot/Pilot.xml: use /surface-positions/{elevator,rudder}-pos-norm to rotate the
pilot's head, too. Makes these rotations compatible with replays and multiplayer.

F-14: Fix Multiplay model paths to use correct relative paths

avoids incorrect use of propertys and property tree pollutions

F-14: Aero changes.

AFCS: use indicated altitude.
Flaps: retune drag based on engine performance. Pitching moment revert previous change based on flight testing.
