F-14: Aero changes.

AFCS: use indicated altitude.
Flaps: retune drag based on engine performance. Pitching moment revert previous change based on flight testing.

Harrier-GR3: bug fix: animation of nose gear and rudder fin in replays and multiplayer

Use /surface-positions/rudder-pos-norm for both surfaces. This is a standard multiplayer
property that is also recorded for replays by default. In contrast, the two properties
used (/gear/gear/caster-angle-deg and /controls/flight/rudder respectively) are neither
transmitter nor recorded.

mosquito: FDM fixes.

* mosquito-yasim.xml: make the inner wings symmetrical by using, for the right
wing, a positive length and a dihedral of 176 degrees (i.e. 180 - the dihedral
of the left wing). For flap and spoiler, use the invert attribute for the
control input.

This moves the CoG from y=0.156 to y=0, i.e. centered, and makes the aircraft
level in straight-line flight; previously it would bank to the left by a few
degrees.

bf109: do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft over multiplayer.

bf109: bug fix: correct manifold pressure indication

* Models/Instruments/man18-ger/man18-ger.xml: The manifold pressure
was underestimated; if you tried to respect the limits in the help,
you used less power than the engine could deliver. Rewrite the
interpolation for the needle.
