an24b: falback-model-index: switch from the ATR-42 to the Fokker 50 for the fallback model.
This is more accurate, especially with respect to the placement of the main landing gear.
The ATR-42 has the gear under the fuselage; the Fokker 50 has it under the engine nacelles
like the An-24.

CRJ700-family: add fallback-model-index.

For the 700, fall back on the Fokker 70; for the 900 and 1000, fall back on the Fokker 100.

737-100: add fallback-model-index.
